Steps to create this art in pstouch 

⚫ Download stock images ( link is below )

⚫ Open pstouch and create a project of 1080 x 1350 

⚫ Import stock image of model seating 

⚫ Cut the  model out with help of brush selection tool 

⚫ above stock image create a empty layer and fill black colour and set blending mode to overlay and opacity 50%

⚫ One more time create a empty layer and fill black colour and set blending mode to overlay and opacity 60 % 

⚫Merge both layer 

⚫Click on the stock image and decrease the saturation around -50 

⚫Now import the wings image and adjust as per your need

⚫ Remove unwanted white lines from the wings

⚫ Duplicate the wing png and put it on above the model cutout

⚫ Earse the exess part 

⚫ Now select on the wing image and go to select pixel and then fill black colour on it and blending mode overlay opacity 20 %

⚫ Now import further png and light png and adjust as per your need
